Chile and Argentina (13 days) March 11-23, 2024 + optional pre-trip to breathtaking Chilean Patagonia March 6-10 Dramatic Chile is the only major wine-producing country that has never experienced phylloxera. We'll walk through centuries-old Chilean vineyards and taste their delicious wine from ancient vines. Then we take a spectacular drive through the Andes mountain range, viewing Aconcagua, the highest peak in the world outside of the Himalayas, on our way to Mendoza, Argentina. We'll stay at fabulous hotels while visiting several of the best wineries in the southern hemisphere and meeting their winemaking teams. Then we're on to Buenos Aires and the rich Gaucho culture of the surrounding Pampas grasslands.
