We meet in Adelaide, gateway to Barossa, Clare and Eden Valleys and McLaren Vale. These iconic valleys are home to great wines like Henschke, Penfolds, Two Hands and Torbreck. We'll have a chance to say hello to kangaroos and other local fauna up close and personal. Then explore the unexplored in remote Western Australia. We visit the beautiful Margaret River wine region south of Perth, a cooler area that is strikingly less arid than most of the rest of Australia. Here some of the country's best wines originate. We'll visit and taste at top wineries like Leeuwin, Cullen and Vasse Felix and enjoy the dramatic, unspoiled forests and craggy coastline. Along with a cliff walk and a canoe ride, we'll dine and stay in style. We end in memorable Sydney.
